How Sweet Eats is an awesome blog full of delicious and, what I also call innovative recipes. Tonight for dinner, I made my own version of her Baked Parmesan Spaghetti (linked).
My football game (go Eagles!) was about to start and I didn’t have any ground meat so I totally halted assed it, but it’s tough to screw up delicious melted moz, the main focus of the dish.
I cooked some spaghetti, heated up some frozen meatballs, and threw them into a glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. I feted some aged parmesan over that, mixed it all up with some jarred sauce, garlic powder, parsley and basil. For the piece de resistance, I sliced up some moz and spread it over the whole thing and baked it at 350 for 10 minutes then turned on the broiler to get the cheese bubbling. And voila. So simple and solo good!
I don’t mind the laziness with this because A) it was awesome and B) I made Cinnamon Streusel Pancakes for breakfast this morning, which took kind of a lot of effort. A yummy Sunday 🙂 xoxo
