Last weekend, I spent a wonderful day at Nockamixon State Park with my two best friends having a delicious picnic, soaking up the sun and splashing around in the park’s amazing pool.

Clockwise, top left: fresh raspberries; quinoa with green onions, cilantro and chipotle lime dressing; heirloom tomato salad; and Greek salad with tomato, cucumber, onion and feta in balsamic vinaigrette.
After hours of sunbathing, we stopped by Owowcow for some delicious ice cream before heading home. If only this weekend had been so wonderful. xoxo
